Just curious if anyone has ever had any experience with the pill. A friend of mine just started using it and I’m a little concerned, cause I don’t think diet pills are the safest thing around. The kind she’s taking is Ephedra free, that’s good at least. Any horror stories? Any success stories?

I’ve been taking these tablets for about a week and a half now to help me lose weight. theyve been working really well so far, but yesteerday I noticed a strange itchy rash on my hands, elbows and soles of my feet. I did some research and it looks a bit like hives, has anyone else experienced this or know how to treat it? I really dont want to stop taking the pills unless I really have to because it’s working really well for me. Thanks!

The dosage for the pill is once a day. I take it in the morning. The back up milk supply is running low and I’ll need to begin storing milk again. When I stop taking the diet pill, how may days should I wait before keeping the milk again?

Does anyone have any experiences with it?
I noticed that the real ephedra from years ago had the active ingredient Ephedrine Alkaloids. Most of the ones I saw at http://www.thatswholesale.com have them.
Beware of the fake ephedra being sold elsewhere. It is a new scam. Fake ephedra does not have the active ingredient ephedrine alkaloids. I am considering RedCutz Ephedra as it has the real ephedrine alkaloids at 25mgs and is a pure ECA Stack without any of the other useless ingredients. It is stronger than the original Trimspa which had only 12mg ephedrine alkaloids per pill.
Does this Acai berry pill stuff actually work, and who can use it?

Has anyone gotten results, I’ve read stuff online about it but how do I know that’s not bull shit?
Also, I am 16 and pretty thin but I have a lot of torso fat I can’t get rid of. Could I use it? Or is it only for major weight loss? And my boyfriend has a lot of extra weight, but again, is only 16. Would he be able to use it?

I’ve been skinny, for.. well up to now. I have recently gained 20 pounds. Probably from lack of exercise. I was 140, now I’m 165. I don’t feel any larger, or look any larger. I’d like to loose the weight, as soon as possible. During sport seasons I eat alot, I guess I continued to do so, even though I don’t play winter sports. So I am planning on only eating breakfast lunch and dinner. Instead of stuffing myself with snacks. My meals will be healthier also. If not healthy I will eat less. For example a pizza ; eat one or two pieces, instead of the usual four.
Well anyway I’m starting to ramble on.
I’m 15, 5′8" tall. Please any inputs on what I should be doing? Is my plan alright.

I’ve been doing some research on this product and I have found out that it helps to boost ones energy but has no caffeine. Also, my wife has seen Oprah do a show on it and explain that it is good for weight loss and helps to prevent premature aging.

I just wanted to know if it works. I am afraid to take "weight loss" pills due to the fact it can really mess you up. My brother has all kinds of stomach problems thanks to hydroxy cut. I am taking a acai berry/green tea all natural pill and it’s not supressing my appetite one bit, I’m even drinking alot of water and getting plenty of rest and exercise. I have cut back on carbs, calories, and fats… I just need something to help with the urge and NOTHING seems to be helping! There are so many pills to choose from and I don’t even know where to start!

How can I lose weight faster now since i given birth to my son. I’ve been the same amount of weight gain ever since I’ve been out of the Birth Center. Which was like two months ago. I eat fine and healthy. Has anyone done the Acai Berry supplement weight loss? Or is there another way to tighen up a flabby tummy. -_-

Combing Diet Pills? Good Idea?
Okay so I’m only a 14 year old girl but have alot of experience with diet pills. I dont have anyone to buy them for me anymore though. And they never work. All I have left is a few phenterex and like half a bottle of hydroxicut (which is SH!T). Anyway… I’m gonna combine them, how do you think that will work?
